Enrollment Training Manager
A company is looking for an Enrollment Training Manager. Key Responsibilities Conduct call reviews, document feedback, and deliver performance feedback to staff Train Enrollment Coaches and Associates on various enrollment and coaching strategies Identify call trends and communicate findings to the leadership team for training improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education 3+ years of relevant experience in training within a call center or higher education environment Experience managing complex projects and communicating across various organizational groups Experience delivering training sessions is preferred Experience in admissions or sales is a plus
