A company is looking for a Coverage and Coaching - Primary Therapist. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, or family therapy at PHP/IOP level of care Assess patient progress and coordinate care with external providers Complete administrative documentation and participate in professional development activities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's level clinician or psychologist with 2+ years of clinical experience Licenses or certifications: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC preferred Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and ACT Previous experience with patients in crisis, ideally in PHP/IOP or inpatient settings Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states to support expansion
