Key Responsibilities
Identify and launch strategic relationships with quoting platforms and national brokers
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and drive market activation
Serve as the primary contact for distribution on third-party quoting platforms and oversee execution of listing strategies
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or health tech with a focus on partnerships or enterprise sales
Experience managing national broker or platform relationships
Strategic negotiation and contracting experience, particularly with revenue-share models
Familiarity with the quoting and enrollment lifecycle for level-funded or self-funded plans
Highly organized and data-driven with a strong execution bias
