Key Responsibilities Lead the risk and control function in the 1st Line of Defense for a Consumer Bank business area Build, transform, and execute a Non-Financial Risk Management framework and Risk Governance Framework Engage with regulators and coordinate audits, compliance tests, and risk assessments with Business Process Owners Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytics, or similar Minimum of 10+ years of risk and internal control experience Experience in Consumer Banking and associated business areas Large Bank experience with proven ability to lead in change management environments Experience in acquisition/integration environments
