Enterprise Success Manager
A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Manager responsible for ensuring client retention and value realization from a Protective Intelligence technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
Drive platform adoption and assist clients in achieving their business objectives
Manage client communication to ensure a seamless client experience
Identify growth opportunities for clients and coordinate with sales for execution
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Client Success or Client Services within a SaaS company at an enterprise level
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA
Knowledge of corporate security or executive protection is a plus
