Epic PB Consultant
A company is looking for a part-time Epic Professional Billing (PB) Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the PB credit resolution process, including clearing and reconciliation workflows Provide guidance and support to staff managing PB credits to ensure timely and accurate resolution Collaborate with operational teams to improve and streamline Epic PB workflows Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Epic Professional Billing (PB) experience required In-depth understanding of PB operational workflows and best practices Proven experience managing or supporting PB credit resolution processes Epic certification in PB (preferred but not required) Experience with both PB and HB is a plus, but PB expertise is required
