Key Responsibilities: Evaluate current scheduling practices and identify opportunities for optimization within Epic Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to streamline appointment workflows and templates Analyze data to assess scheduling gaps, access delays, and resource utilization Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in scheduling operations within a healthcare setting Proficient in Epic scheduling tools (Cadence, templates, provider build, etc.) Strong analytical and workflow redesign skills Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field) Experience working in a hospital, inpatient, or multi-specialty ambulatory setting preferred
