A company is looking for an Equipment Management Specialist to manage customer license data and ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain customer account and address information Research, analyze, and verify data to update customer license data following strict SOP guidelines Perform customer license maintenance tasks and support SLA and metric goals Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of data analysis and/or customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) 2-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Experience with Salesforce is preferred
