Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the strategy for pipeline development for employee ownership services and acquisitions
Establish and nurture relationships with business associations, community leaders, and business owners to promote employee ownership
Collaborate with marketing to create outreach campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles, specifically with small and lower middle market businesses
Demonstrable background in corporate finance and transaction deal structuring
Management experience with staff required
MBA is a plus
Proficiency in CRM platforms and outreach tools
