ERISA Compliance Consultant
A company is looking for an ERISA Technical Consultant to provide technical training and support for compliance testing and reporting for retirement plans. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for compliance services related to Profit Sharing, 401(k), and 403(b) plans Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance compliance testing and Form 5500 services Perform compliance testing with a focus on various ERISA regulations and calculate employer contributions Required Qualifications 8-10 years of industry experience, with 5-7 years in an ERISA compliance setting Knowledge of ERISA and applicable IRS Code is required Experience with Actuarial Systems Corporation Administration (ASC) or equivalent testing software Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related work experience is preferred
