A company is looking for an Escalation Engineer to provide technical support and solutions for customer issues. Key Responsibilities Maintain technology deployments and manage support cases for customers Analyze customer systems and configurations to recommend solutions for defects Provide technical product support and updates to documentation while mentoring team members Required Qualifications Experience as a Technical Support Engineer with case management and call resolution Expertise with Windows and Linux Operating Systems; knowledge of public cloud infrastructure is a plus Must be a US Citizen Enthusiastic self-starter with a commitment to learning and customer empathy Experience with modern programming languages and cloud certifications is advantageous
