A company is looking for an Underwriter II (Excess). Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate applications for Excess insurance to determine coverage acceptance based on underwriting guidelines Approve or decline insurance applications and ensure compliance with industry regulations Collaborate with the underwriting team and process accounts from approved quotes to policy issuance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of underwriting or related insurance experience required Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or Property & Casualty Brokers License are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software quickly Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
