Key Responsibilities Support Power BI development from demand to delivery and maintain Power Automate workflows Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for data-driven insights, and enhance IT service management with ServiceNow Collaborate in an Agile environment, perform API integrations, and implement monitoring solutions to improve system reliability Required Qualifications Proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI, including paginated reporting Knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace Hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
