FHA VA Licensed Underwriter
A company is looking for a Government Underwriter (FHA/VA). Key Responsibilities Underwrite FHA and VA loans, as well as other loan types such as Conventional and USDA Maintain communication with Loan Officers and Processors regarding loan statuses Assist with training and leadership within the underwriting team Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of government underwriting experience Valid CHUMS and LAPP/Sar designations for FHA and VA loans Recent frontline underwriting experience within the last 12 to 18 months Experience with Conventional loans and familiarity with DU and LP systems Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
