A company is looking for a Field Operations Sr. Program Manager to execute critical programs that impact the Field Sales organization and support company growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Leadership, leading high-priority initiatives and establishing governance structures Execute the global Field Operations strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and assess performance metrics Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and drive change management best practices to enable sustainable growth Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Program Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in fast-paced SaaS environments Strong executive presence with experience leading strategic programs visible to C-suite executives Proven ability to lead analytically rigorous business initiatives using standard SaaS sales metrics Hands-on experience with Salesforce, BI, Clari, or similar tools for data-driven decision-making High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable in rapidly evolving environments with a builder mindset
