A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Support / FINRA Certified professional for a remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service via inbound contact center and respond to complex customer inquiries
Perform account updates, maintenance, and process requests while ensuring accurate documentation
Assist in day-to-day operations and support training for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Two or more years of customer service experience, including financial/investment/insurance or banking with FINRA certification
Experience with organizational functions and personnel
FINRA 6 or 7 certification required at hire
Experience with help desk software and computer technology
