FINRA Licensed Senior Sales Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (Workplace). Key Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant service requests Identify and qualify participants for referral to Retirement Specialists and/or Financial Consultants Deliver on defined sales targets while providing education and guidance on investment options Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required within the first 6 months of hire 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, including legal and regulatory issues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
