FINRA Licensed Talent Development Specialist
A company is looking for a Sr Talent Development Specialist to design and implement talent development programs aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive talent development programs
Develop and deliver high-impact leadership development programs and frameworks
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in talent development or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a senior role
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Licensing: FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or to be obtained within 120 days
