Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with drafting discovery responses and preparing for mediation/arbitration/trial Draft pleadings, connect with clients, gather documents, and process closures Perform legal research as needed Required Qualifications Must be a 2nd or 3rd year law student enrolled in an ABA-approved law school Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Interest in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance Self-directed and able to work with little supervision This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
