A company is looking for a Community Association Manager - HOA Licensed. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and provide professional services to ensure exceptional customer experience Work closely with the Board of Directors to facilitate solutions, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budget development and financial maintenance Conduct meetings, provide regular updates, and build positive relationships with residents to enhance community services Qualifications Florida state community association manager license required Associate or higher degree highly preferred Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required CAI designation(s) strongly preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
