Florida Licensed Customer Service Rep

A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions while meeting daily performance goals Participate in team meetings and assist teammates with other tasks as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role High school diploma or GED Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to work occasional overtime
