Florida Licensed Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate patient identity to comply with HIPAA regulations
Analyze patient balances and review details of billed services
Identify customer concerns and coordinate resolution with internal departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent training/experience
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and revenue codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual candidates are preferred
