Fluent Chinese Customer Support Consultant
A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant, short-term (emails/chats).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Chinese and English (minimum B2/upper-intermediate level)
2-3 years of experience in a customer support role with live chats and emails
Qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
Interest in crypto or stock exchange
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
