Foreclosure Loan Servicing Specialist

A company is looking for a Default Loan Servicing Specialist - Foreclosure. Key Responsibilities Manage foreclosure activities to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company guidelines Oversee the completion of First Legal Actions and manage timelines and workflow processes for foreclosure cases Conduct reviews of foreclosure files and monitor attorney performance throughout the foreclosure process Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and/or Legal High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience GSE and Government experience preferred Working knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with fundamental concepts and procedures of foreclosure
