Key Responsibilities Evaluate and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards Support resource planning activities and supervise financial forecasts and reconciliations Develop dashboards for stakeholder engagement and provide updates on operational initiatives and risk metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Management, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Project Management Preferred Bachelor's Degree with experience in Software Development, Infrastructure, and Vendor Management Project Management Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred Knowledge of SDLC and execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Experience with tools such as JIRA and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence)
