Franchise Development Senior Manager
A company is looking for a Franchise Development, Senior Manager to shape the future of its franchise system.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-potential franchise buyers and drive owner transitions
Act as primary liaison between buyers and sellers, managing negotiations and expectations
Lead end-to-end franchise resale processes and guide buyers in building business plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, franchise sales, or M&A
Proven success working with high-net-worth individuals or private equity
Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification preferred
Experience in the senior care industry is a plus
