A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Fraud Disputes. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Fraud Investigators to evaluate potential fraud or abusive behavior Analyze transaction data to identify patterns indicative of fraud Train and develop fraud investigations staff to ensure a high-quality member experience Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant fraud investigation experience, particularly with debit card disputes Minimum of 1+ year managing a team of fraud investigators Familiarity with Reg E requirements and banking compliance Proven background in customer service Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
