A company is looking for a CRE Closing Administrator II (Remote - CA, OR, WA & ID). Key Responsibilities Prepare and ensure accurate loan documentation for real estate transactions Administer loan disbursements and manage loan files for compliance and accuracy Provide training and mentoring to less experienced staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 or more years of experience in mortgage closing or funding required Advanced knowledge of closing processes and systems Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to real estate closing and funding General knowledge of the mortgage industry
