Fulfillment Specialist

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist, remote position. Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and revise Summary Plan Documents (SPDs) in alignment with client needs and regulatory standards Collaborate with clients to gather information and ensure alignment on documentation deliverables Support fulfillment operations by managing the production of ID cards, welcome letters, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Required Qualifications: Prior experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or related fields is a strong plus Experience drafting plan documents or benefit-related materials is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word; familiarity with Jira, SQL, and PDF editing tools is preferred Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing client requests Comfortable speaking with clients and working across teams with minimal supervision
