A company is looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and understand staffing needs
Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings to recommend qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR roles focused on recruitment
Experience in international recruitment with a proven track record of filling various positions
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST
