Full Stack Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Full Stack (RoR) Support Engineer to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve support documentation and develop tooling
Investigate bugs and drive resolution to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a software engineering or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, or equivalent technologies
Foundational knowledge of relational databases and APIs
Prior client-facing experience, preferably in a startup environment
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring issues
