A company is looking for a Garnishment Specialist 1. Key Responsibilities Oversee the workflow of the customer team's processors Ensure accuracy of the settlement process and resolve payroll-related inquiries Participate in new customer transition meetings and act as a subject matter expert Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Three-plus years of experience in a customer service environment One year or more of payroll processing experience Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel Experience with cloud-based technology preferred
