GCP Cloud Engineer

A company is looking for a GCP Cloud Engineer for a year-long, remote contract position in Denver, CO. Key Responsibilities Configure and deploy VPC environments and cloud instances as designed by the Cloud Architect Collaborate with the NetSecOps team to establish necessary security controls and automate processes Create monitoring and reporting capabilities, and act as a Tier-2 escalation point for cloud-based system issues Required Qualifications Google Foundational certification At least five years of infrastructure development experience with GCP services Five years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools Experience with large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise environments Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
