South Carolina Licensed Case Management Educator
A company is looking for a Case Management and Care Transitions Professional Development Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for Nursing and Social Workers
Assist in the implementation of standardized components of education, including orientation and ongoing staff development
Conduct annual competence assessments and performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience
RN licensure required; enrollment in an accredited BSN program within two years for certain hires
Prior leadership experience preferred
One year of case management and/or utilization review experience preferred
Case Management certification and a Master's Degree preferred
