Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategy for global workforce management and team development
Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring collaboration between teams
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management
Proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at a senior level
Strong domain expertise in HR tech and integrations, especially with HRIS or Performance Management tools
Ability to balance customer experience, security compliance, and business objectives
Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is preferred
