Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls and provide prompt resolution to inquiries
Document and update customer records accurately and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and provide feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and adapt to a flexible schedule
