HR Talent Scout
A company is looking for an HR Talent Scout to manage HR strategies and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates in collaboration with department managers
Develop and document HR procedures and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
Background in recruitment, including experience in screening and interviewing candidates
Experience in performance coaching
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
