Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals while managing client compliance and internal controls Support decision-making by preparing timely financial reports and overseeing monthly close processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in rapidly growing firms 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
