Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in CRM product management or business process management
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-wide technology solutions
Experience in global CRM program governance and stakeholder management
