Global HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Global HR Business Partner to support strategic HR initiatives and talent management. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR objectives Advise on talent management and drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure consistent application of HR policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field A minimum of 7 years of HR or related experience in a global company Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and organizational design Financial awareness and understanding of budgets and HR contributions Experience supporting Global Shared Services in a multilayer structure
