A company is looking for a Global Leader, Enterprise Leadership & Professional Skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global leadership and professional development strategy aligned with organizational objectives Design and manage leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring for leaders at all levels Partner with senior leaders to understand business unit and global leadership needs and create sustainable solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in Talent Management or Leadership Development roles At least ten (10) years of experience leading a Leadership Learning or Development team Experience managing teams in large, multinational organizations Demonstrated experience creating scalable solutions across a multi-national organization
