Global Payroll Specialist
A company is looking for a Global Payroll and Compensation Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Own and process all payrolls, including biweekly regular payroll, monthly RSU releases, quarterly commissions, and monthly European payroll Lead the vendor evaluation for international payroll Assist with pricing new roles and general compensation projects and analysis Required Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in full cycle global payroll and compensation analysis and benchmarking Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Understanding of multi-state laws and taxes, and their impact on financial and statutory reporting Familiarity with compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
