Key Responsibilities

Oversee client relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably in education or transportation
5+ years in a sales leadership role managing people managers
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms, preferably Salesforce
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
