Global Process Owner - Talent Development
A company is looking for a Global Process Owner - Talent & Development and Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operating model for Talent & Development and Total Rewards, driving continuous improvement and influencing senior leadership
Design integrated end-to-end processes in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and track improvements
Required Qualifications
6Sigma or Lean certifications
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 10 years or more
Experience supporting Talent and Development and Total Rewards teams
Knowledge of market tools and experience deploying AI tools in the relevant area
Experience with SuccessFactors talent module or similar HRMS
