A company is looking for an Inpatient Facility Coder to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Review documentation to code diagnoses and procedures Communicate with physicians to clarify diagnoses and procedures Maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 98% while meeting productivity standards Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in facility-based inpatient coding Credentials: CCS, RHIT, RHIA (AHIMA) or CPC, CPC-H (AAPC) Experience with Level 1 Trauma coding and DRG Knowledge of federal, state, and payer regulations Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
