Global Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Global Support Engineer to provide expert technical guidance and support for complex issues impacting customers and service teams. Key Responsibilities Assist with problem resolution at customer sites, providing support until issues are resolved Support Manufacturing and Engineering with the introduction of new inks and hardware Document escalations and develop training materials for service engineers Required Qualifications Degree or Diploma in electrical and mechanical applications Hands-on experience with complex electronic-controlled mechanical systems Leadership experience as a manager or team leader Customer service experience in challenging situations Strong mechanical and technical background
