GTM Systems Administrator
A company is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to manage and evolve tools for sales, marketing, and partnerships teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer GTM tools including user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting
Support HubSpot workflows and oversee integration, particularly around forms and lead capture
Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and connected GTM tools, monitoring system health and sync errors
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or systems administration
Hands-on experience with tools such as Outreach, Sendoso, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
Solid understanding of GTM processes and their intersection with CRM systems
Ability to work across teams to improve workflows and solve problems
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to troubleshoot and learn on the fly
