Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic programs to drive operational excellence and elevate organizational KPIs
Foster cross-functional alignment to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement capacity planning models to optimize resource allocation and scalability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic program leadership, preferably in customer success or operations
Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at scale
Expertise in capacity planning, customer journey mapping, and change management strategy development
Experience with governance frameworks and project management methodologies
Adept at using program management tools and platforms
