Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer retention targets
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Own the entire customer lifecycle journey, maximizing customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus
Minimum of 8 years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales and customer success leadership
Experience in building and leading high-performing remote teams
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles
Deep understanding of the marketing technology space and customer pain points
