Key Responsibilities Lead strategic development and implementation for film acquisition and distribution Oversee editorial and licensing processes, including negotiating contracts and onboarding new films Manage a team and daily operations, ensuring achievement of strategic goals and fostering relationships within the film community Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in editorial/licensing within documentary film distribution or equivalent experience Proven success in curating educational films and managing outreach and sales pipelines Knowledge of academia and higher education pedagogy is beneficial Experience in people management and effective team leadership Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of learning internal IT systems
