Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation and optimization of Salesforce and ensure platform configurations align with business processes
Manage the development and deployment of customer and partner portals for improved engagement
Drive initiatives to modernize front-office systems and incorporate AI-driven tools for customer personalization
Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing front-office systems, including five (5) years leading Salesforce implementations
Expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integrations
Experience with enterprise portals and customer engagement platforms
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
